Collection Pot partners with Modulr FS Limited, authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, to keep your money safe. It means your money is kept in secure, separate accounts as per the Electronic Money Regulations.
Top-level security – We use the highest level of payment security, so your card details are always protected.
No card details saved – Your card details are safe with us and never stored.
Smart monitoring – Our systems keep an eye on unusual activity to keep your Pot secure.
Safeguarded funds – Your money is kept in a separate account, mainly with the Bank of England, so it’s always safe.

To access a gift card you have purchased, log in and navigate to your 'Wallet' in the dashboard. Your 'Wallet' will contain both your purchased gift cards and your contribution history.
Pots in the United Kingdom can be instantly transferred to almost all bank accounts, free of charge. For most banks funds usually reach your account in seconds, otherwise funds will typically arrive within three working days.
Certainly. You're allowed to change the recipient of the Pot at any time. This includes switching a Pot from being a 'Send to Someone Else' Pot to a 'Send to Me' Pot.
When creating a Pot, you must be a resident of the United Kingdom or an EEA Country. Sadly, we can't create Pots for residents of The Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. Please note that Pots are only redeemable in the currency you selected when setting them up.
A Gift Card Only Pot can only be redeemed to a selection of gift cards. These Pots do not incur transaction processing fees meaning it is totally free to add to the Pot. If you have a Gift Card Only Pot and prefer to take it as cash we charge a 5% upgrade fee.
